There is not an extra charge for names, inscriptions, or the Dave Whitlock and Larry Copenhaver fly fishing art. However, there is a fee starting at $50.00 for new artwork design.

Does it cost extra to have custom artwork on the back of the fly box?

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to retail stores.
Is there a price break if I order several fly boxes?
Yes, our large volume discount price break starts at 12 or more fly boxes.

U.S. domestic (lower 48 states) shipping orders can be upgraded. To upgrade, after adding an item to your Shopping Cart, click the Cart link at the top right of any page. Engraving
Do you have any other river maps besides the ones listed on your website?
Yes, please contact us if you don’t see the river map you are interested in.
If you don’t have the river map I want, can you design it for me?
Yes, we specialize in designing new rivers; there is a charge starting at $50.00 for new river designs.
Can I add a symbol on the front of the box to mark our cabin or some other land mark?
Yes, by adding a landmark you make it a special gift for someone.
Can I have a name and a fishing quote added on the box back?
Yes. Personalization is included in the price of the box.
How long can the quote or inscription be on the back of the box?
As long as the inscription will fit on the back of the box, it is not too long.
Can I have something other than your fish artwork on the back of the box?
Yes. However, there is a custom artwork design fee. Artwork must be approved by Stonefly Studio.
How do I add a custom inscription to my fly box order?
During checkout use the “Personalization Window” to type in: 1. Name on back of box; 2. Inscription on back of box.
Is the river map engraved on the front or the back of the fly box?
The river map is typically engraved on the front of the box and the fish artwork, name, and inscription are engraved on the back of the box.

Can I purchase a fly box without any engraving?
No, all of our fly boxes come with custom engraving of your choice plus our logo.
Changes & Corrections
Can I see a design proof before I pay for my fly box?
Yes, at no cost or obligation we will send you a 3D computer generated proof of what your box will look like before you order.
Are all my questions and changes to picky?
No, each River Map Fly Box or custom product is one of a kind and is not engraved until you are happy with the design.

How long does everything take?
Allow 7-14 business days to dispatch fly boxes once payment is received. Custom orders (new river map designs and custom artwork) and other product may take 1 – 4 weeks. During holiday seasons, times could be longer. If you have a deadline, please let us know. If possible, we will try to meet it.

What shipping method do you use?
All U.S. orders shipped for free by USPS First Class. All outside U.S. and Canada orders shipped by International USPS Priority or First Class. Shipping time varies according to the country being shipped to.

If my fly box arrives damaged and I have to return it, who pays for the shipping?
If merchandise is damaged due to shipping or faulty hardware, or if an error has been made on our part, we will replace the item for free including shipping.

If I find a copy error or design error on my fly box, will I be refunded or my item replaced?
The customer is responsible for the final proofing of all copy including spelling and design layout on the fly box or other items. Stonefly Studio will send the customer a proof before engraving. The customer must notify Stonefly Studio of any corrections within 5 days of the proof being sent. Once engraving has taken place changes cannot be made.
What recourses do I have if I am not satisfied with my product?

Acceptable Use
Can I use Stonefly Studio, LLC’s artwork on products I sell or for a personal project?
No. All of Stonefly Studio, LLC’s artwork is protected by copyright law. This includes, but is not limited to: river maps, custom artwork, photography, and blog content. Unauthorized use of intellectual property produced and/or owned by Stonefly Studio, LLC is prohibited.
